Kind motorist collects hazardous fallen bollards scattered on road in the Philippines
This is the inspiring moment a responsible motorcycle rider collected hazardous fallen bollards scattered on a road at night in the Philippines.
The taxi rider was plying a highway looking for passengers in Minglanilla town, Cebu province at 3 am on May 27 when he noticed the posts strewn in the middle of the tarmac.
He parked his bike on the shoulder and waited for cars to pass before pulling away the string of bollards, which posed a danger to other drivers on the dim road.
The diligent driver also picked up large stray pieces of concrete before speeding away.
His considerate deeds earned him praise from local authorities and the theme park next to the incident,
Residents said the bollards were toppled over by a 10-wheeler truck.
The Minglanilla Traffic Commission said it has launched an investigation to identify the truck driver.
