Filmed at the heavenly Alpe d'Huez ski resort, this video features Luca Morell in action as he attempts to win the annual Megavalanche race i.e. an adventurous mountain bike race.

However, Luca's hopes of securing the victory get crushed when he crashes into the snow. He detailed his experience while speaking to us: "Megavalanche 2021 - I started in Line 4 and after the corner, I got into the Top 20 until I crashed due to choosing the wrong line."

He added: "All in all, I finished 67th with an elapsed time of 52.02 Minutes. I am very proud of myself and also got to learn several lessons in the process."
