A funny video has emerged from Norway of a seagull landing on a fisherman's head and refusing to get off.

The video, filmed off the coast of Arviksand in June, shows the bird resting on the man's head and even when he manages to shake it off it comes back again.

The filmer wrote online: "I was on the fishing trip; me and my friend were together in the boat as one seagull approached us and sat in the boat.

"It did not fly away and it was not scared of us at all."

Soon we started engine to approach the other boat with our friends to discuss further fishing plans," he continued.

"As we approached the other boat, I stood up and started to talk to my friends and then the same bird just landed on my head.

"All the rest you can see on video. When I shake the bird off, it tried to land back on my head again after few moments."

This video was captured near island of Arnoya, Norway. I was on the fishing trip. Me and my friend were together in the boat as one seagull approached us and sat in the boat.
