Airport security guard rescues dog from mosquito-infested paddling pool
A security guard rescued a dog from a mosquito-infested paddling pool.
The employee took off his uniform to save the pooch that was trapped in a religious shrine in the middle of the water inside Suvarnabhumi Airport grounds in Samut Prakan province, Thailand on April 7.
Footage shows the man wading in the dirty water to reach the canine that was clinging on the edge of the structure.
He carried the animal with him to the edge of the pool and released it.
Onlooker Thanthip Khiaosingh said: 'We went to pay homage to the Naga Shrine at Suvarnabhumi Airport. While sitting and worshipping, we heard a loud noise.
'We were afraid at first because we had children with us then we saw the security guard who helped. We were so grateful.'
