Chinese student chefs learn by chopping potatoes on classmates' backs
Chinese student chefs learned by chopping potatoes on their classmates' backs.
Footage shows the trainees using a sharp cleaver to mince the vegetables while their friends leaned on their backs as makeshift chopping boards in Hebei, China, on January 5.
The extreme activity was made more difficult by using blindfolds to cover their eyes at the Hu Zhen Culinary School.
According to one of the trainees, their teacher could even cut bones and meat on people's backs without hurting them.
