An angry bird pecked his owner's fingers to keep her from working on the laptop.

The clingy four-month-old sparrow named Neon wanted more playtime with teacher Nisachon Tiangtham, but she was busy checking her pupils' works, so the little brown chick hopped on the keyboard to get her attention in Samut Sakhon, Thailand, on September 27.

Footage shows Neon fluffing up his feathers while trying to scare Nisachon's hands away from the electronic gadget.

Neon backed away when a computer mouse was pointed at him but quickly returned to the laptop the moment it was gone.

Teacher Nisachon said: 'Neon is a bird that a student found falling out of a nest in the classroom.

‘So we continued to feed him until he grew up, and he didn't go anywhere. He likes to approach people. No matter what people do, he wants to be involved in everything.

Everyone in the teacher's room was affected by his cuteness. They stopped writing documents, playing with cell phones, and working on computers to watch.'

Thailand, a largely Buddhist nation, believes that kindness towards animals should be encouraged, with temples sometimes being a safe refuge for stray cats, dogs, and even monkeys that don't have homes.
