Guam: Typhoon Mawar Leaves Damage After Slamming Island With Ferocious Winds 3
People in Guam woke up Thursday morning, May 25, to see damage to trees, vehicles and buildings left by Typhoon Mawar which brought strong winds and heavy rain to the island the previous night.
The typhoon made its closest approach as a category 4 storm late Wednesday and was the strongest to hit the US territory in years.
