A section of Chunxiang Road in Luzhou, southern China, experienced a road collapse, resulting in a sinkhole. The video shows a cargo truck driving along the road and falling into the deep pit, causing the vehicle to overturn.

Measurements indicate that the collapsed area spans approximately 30 square metres with a depth of about 4 metres. Fortunately, there were no reported casualties at the scene.

Currently, the site has been secured and cordoned off, and rescue vehicles have arrived to assist in the operation. Authorities are also conducting a secondary disaster investigation in the surrounding area. The cause of the incident is still under further investigation.

The video was filmed on May 24 and provided with local media’s permission.

5月24日上午10点40分许，四川泸州市龙马潭区醇香路一路段发生路面塌陷，一辆货车在行驶过程中落入深坑，车身被翘翻。经测量，路面塌陷面积约30平米，深约4米，现场无人员伤亡。目前，现场已实施警戒隔离，救援车辆已到场施救，正在进行周边区域次生灾害排查。事发原因正在进一步调查中。
