Dust Devil Suddenly Rolls Through Youth Baseball Game Catching Seven-Year-Old Off Guard

During a youth baseball game in Jacksonville, Florida, a strong and sudden dust devil rolled over the home plate surrounding the seven-year-old catcher and throwing him completely off guard.
The game between the Ponte Vedra Sharks and the Fort Caroline Athletic Assoc. Indians, on May 14th, looked to be a calm weather day when a gust gathered and turned into a land tornado - a dust devil.
The catcher was completed blindside and struggled to move out of the way prompting the umpire, Aidan Wiles, to step in and take the boy out of the dust devil.
