A cargo truck disintegrated after crashing into an overhead height restriction barrier in northern China.

A shocking dashcam video filmed in the city of Shenyang in Liaoning Province on February 20 shows a cargo truck attempting to drive under a 2.8-metre-high height restriction barrier.

The goods carried on the truck scattered onto the ground and the trunk disintegrated.

According to a witness named Li, the truck driver, while remaining in his vehicle, tried using his phone to make calls after the incident.

A black car next to the truck was hit by the pieces of the smashed truck.
