天津下雨出现泡沫
8月18日上午，天津滨海新区开发区下起了一阵小雨，到中午天气已经放晴。雨后，部分街道的积水中出现的白色泡沫引发民众担忧。有市民说，近几天洗车时，车体上也会出现这种白色粉尘附着物。
天津市环保局环境应急专家组组长包景岭表示，天津港爆炸事故发生后，向四周迸散出一些物质，这些白色泡沫很有可能是从爆炸现场迸出来的物质。
也有媒体报道，经现场检测，白色泡沫里并没有出现氰化物，官方表示,白色泡沫属正常情况，平时下雨也会出现。
大气环境方面，包景岭说，地面散落的危险化学品经过雨淋，可能挥发出一些有毒有害物质，环保部门对此正在严密监视。一旦出现氰化物或者是有机污染物超标，会及时发布通知。
