Eric Holm was just driving in North Hills, a suburb of Los Angeles, and he saw something unusual, and a lot of officers with their guns out on June 21 at around 2:30 pm.

"I was just driving by on Monday (June 21) and saw this huge police presence with all their guns pulled out, and shot this video of the police filming at the gas station, it was honestly so terrifying," Holm said of this intense clip where he put himself in the life of fire to capture the moment.

According to Holm, the man in the white Tesla was armed.

"Someone at the gas station recognized that he had a gun, someone at the station called the cops, and cops told him to stop, it was a whole stand-off. And he didn't want to give up the gun. A normal person, you think they'd surrender, right? It was a real standoff," Holm tells Newsflare.

"Driver, get out of the car!" an officer in the clip is heard shouting.

The allegedly armed man was arrested.
