This is why you shouldn't ever go speeding on a superbike.

This rider captured his incredible near-miss when he crashed into a car at nearly 300km/h on a highway in Lithuania.

The crash took place in late September 2019 along the highway between Klaipeda and Kaunas, and the rider's helmetcam caught his speedometer rising to at least 280km/h before he slammed into the back of a car and was sent flying.

Reportedly the car's driver didn't check his wing mirror before changing lanes, causing the motorcyclist to crash spectacularly.

Luckily he sustained only minor injuries and was able to walk away, while the car only suffered damage to its rear tail light.
