Woman is chased by jewellery shop clerk after being mistaken for robber
A jewellery shop staff mistook a woman as a robber after she tried on a necklace and ran towards a mirror next to the shop door.
The hilarious moment, captured in Xi’an City in northern Shaanxi Province on December 4, shows the woman suddenly running towards the shop door after the staff helps her try a necklace on. The worried staff member, misreading her intentions, awkwardly scrambles over the display case to chase the woman.
However, the woman stops in front of a mirror next to the door and checks out the necklace on her neck.
Then the embarrassed salesgirl turns around to walk back to the back of the cabinets.
