Footage from Osaka, Japan shows strong winds battering the city and waste material being flung around this morning (September 4).

The strong winds have caused windows and roofs from buildings to be damaged resulting in a dangerous cocktail of debris creating havoc in the Namba area.

The filmer said: "It got worse, shattered glass and metal roofing debris flying around. And a kid's blow up pool flew by too".

Typhoon Jebi has been confirmed to be the strongest typhoon that Japan has succumbed to in the last 25 years.
