The filmer said: ''I was with my brother and we're about to go to the bay where we due to pick up our dad. We were at the parking lot of the airport and before we got to the bay we had to pass by a food store. I easily get distracted with dogs as I'm a dog lover so I noticed this dog, and aside from being cute she was wearing a helmet and ID.

''They were at the store, the owner I think delivered some goods at the store so we passed by and quickly got my phone and recorded it.

''I havent seenanything like this before so you can notice I really had hilarious and crazy reaction especially when the dog jumped on the moped.

''Dogs like this and his owner should be given credit since they know how to obey the law. Ninety-eight per cent of the people who saw the video loved the dog so much.''
