Traffic cops towing away a motorbike with the rider on it
This is the moment traffic police towed away a motorbike which was illegally parked - with the rider still on the back. The 30-year-old motorcyclist objected to the ticket from cops and refused to pay, so the officers seized the bike. But the rider refused to let the bike go easily, and jumped on the back - hanging on even when it was winched into the air. Staggering footage in Kanpur in north Indian state of Uttar Pradesh shows the man dangling off the motorbike, which appears to be held in place by a single metal chain.
